Listening and Downloading Instructions

All messages are in an mp3 file format and are readable by any music or multimedia player (example: Windows Media Player, iTunes etc)

Depending on your internet browser and internet connection speed, files may be played directly through your browser or downloaded to your computers hard drive to be played at your convenience or stored on a mp3 player device.

To download the messages:
1. Place your mouse pointer over the link for the video file.
2. Right-click (click on the right half of your mouse) and choose to download the file to your desktop (for Mac users, hold down the Control as you click)
Each browser (IE, Firefox, Safari) has a different way of wording the "download" option. (example: “Save Target As...”, “Save link as...”, “Download linked file as...”) There are different procedures for downloading, depending on operating system and browser. Sometimes your file will end up in a special designated "download" folder, sometimes you'll be prompted to choose a spot to save the file, other times it'll just end up on the desktop.
