LESSON 1

Central truth:  Jesus is God

Main Verse: Titus 2:13

LESSON 2

Central Truth: Jesus is God and human

Main Verse: Philippians 2:7-8

“but emptied Himself, taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of men. Being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross.”

Bonus Verse: John 1:1 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”

LESSON 3

Central truth: Jesus is sinless

LESSON 4

Central truth: Jesus is Lord

LESSON 5

Central Truth: Sovereignty – Jesus is our Savior

Main Verse: Isaiah 53:5

“But He was pierced through for our transgressions,
He was crushed for our iniquities; The chastening for our well-being fell upon Him, And by His scourging we are healed.”

“but these have been written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing you may have life in His name.”

LESSON 6

Central truth: Jesus Preached the Gospel

"From that time Jesus began to preach and say, ‘Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.’"

Central truth: The Holy Spirit is a Person

Central Truth: The Holy Spirit is Truth

"When the Helper comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, that is the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify about Me,"

"We are from God; he who knows God listens to us; he who is not from God does not listen to us. By this we know the spirit of truth and the spirit of error."

Central Truth: The Holy Spirit is Powerful

"but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth."

"The angel answered and said to her, ‘The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; and for that reason the holy Child shall be called the Son of God.’"

Central truth: The Holy Spirit is a Helper

"I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may be with you forever;"
